⚠️ Important Consultation Policy

Step 1: Free Initial Consult (20 Mins)
We discuss your vision and budget feasibility.


Step 2: Detailed Estimate & Sketches ($100)
If you wish to proceed after the initial consultation, within 14 days (worst case), we will provide a full proposal including sketches, two budget options (Low/High), and our availability for another consultation meeting (45-minutes) to review the proposal. The proposal package is shared for you to review before we meet.

Note: The $100 fee is credited toward your final contract if you hire us.

We require a budget range to ensure we can meet your design expectations. All designs are sized to the budget, which means a design cannot be created without a budget.
